Hannah was in her school Variety Show this year.  She was very excited and nervous but she did a GREAT job!

5th Lost Tooth

Knocked out by an ice cream bar!

Yesterday Hannah showed me her top loose tooth.  It was REALLY loose, but she wanted to wait until Sunday when Jeff got home.  Every tooth that has been loose (with one exception) has been pulled by Jeff with the "tooth on a string, and slamming the door" trick.  However, 30 minutes later her tooth came out while she was eating ice-cream.  

She wrote a note to the Tooth Fairy with her typewriter.

Of course the Tooth Fairy wrote back!

This picture was taken today after her soccer game.  I'm sure if the ice cream hadn't worked her tooth WOULD have been knocked out during soccer. There were some rough players on the other team!

Reading Week

This week is "Reading Week" at school.  Each day there is a dress up theme and today it's "Come as a Historical Character".  I bought this outfit in Minnesota  3 1/2 years ago and luckily it still fits.  It's perfect for Hannah to go as Laura Ingalls.

Stefanie & Aliyah's Visit to Nevada

The "List"

My sister had 9 days off in a row this month, and she decided to use those days to visit us!!!!  I started making a list (see above picture) of everything we wanted to do while she was here (typed list is at the bottom of the post).  We accomplished everything on the list except "Hiking/Springs Preserve", "Krispy Kreme" and "Eat at Fat Burger".  We would have done those as well, but my sister felt a little sick on one of the days.

Saturday we went to the District and took Professional Pictures

and had fun riding the carousel as well.

Later that day we went to the park

That afternoon we went to the mall.  Takeshi met us there and was able to spend a couple hours with Stefanie

Stefanie met this handsome fellow at the Singles Ward on Sunday.  

He joined us for the Children's Museum and lunch after.

We were both so happy that they came to visit.  I love my sister.  She is amazing!

Nails

 Long (or semi long)...

to short!

Hannah has always had short nails (she bites them).  For the past couple months, shes been working really hard to stop biting her nails.  She's was doing great and her nails were looking wonderful!  Then, her piano teacher said she had to cut her nails.  Hannah didn't want to hear anything about it.  I told Hannah that I would cut my nails and keep them short as well.  If she cut hers, I would cut mine. We did it on the same night and took our "after" picture in the morning (I'm sure you can tell, but my hand is the one on top).

Valentine's Day Outfits

We were both dressed up in Valentines outfits, so I thought I would take a few quick pictures before heading out to church.  It took a little longer than I thought, but we made it to church only a few minutes late.
